Cant Log in

Hello i cant log in.When i type acc and password its stay just at Connecting and noting... please help acc name-MEchkov

I'm with 4.0.6a dunno why cant connect.I try to join other server i can but here cant....

I was playing for more then 1 week.One night i was playuing and my inet stop to work then i try 3 days to join and noting....

I dont thing so coz in some servers is like here cant join in other i can join ...

I check everything and its ok dunno why can join.Can some gm tell me if rly i'm banned and then why?
