Regulament server:

1. Fara injuraturi sau comportament abuziv fata de alti jucatori.
Hartuirea altora nu e deloc distractiva si iti ofera o reputatie proasta. Cei prinsi in aceasta situatie vor fi pedepsiti, chiar cu ban in cazurile grave.

2. Nu cereti level/gold/iteme unui GM. Si cersitul la alti jucatori va fi pedepsit daca acestia vor depune plangere.
Acesta este un server high rates. Goldul si Itemele se pot face destul de usor cu putina munca. Sa primesti totul fara un pic de munca nu este fair play fata de ceilalti.

Erata: Nu propuneti "targuri" GM-ilor de tipul "$ pentru iteme/gold/lvl". Noi NU vindem iteme, doar premiem playeri care doneaza pentru bunastarea serverului. Incalcarea acestei erate se pedepseste cu banarea permanenta a caracterului si cu banarea account-ului in caz de recidiva.

3. Folosirea hack-urilor este bineinteles INTERZISA. Cei care vor fi prinsi vor fi banati pe char/cont/ip sau clasa de ipuri. De asemenea cei prinsi intr-un party/raid cu un hacker/exploiter(vezi pct.5) sunt pasibili de aceeasi pedeapsa.
Daca esti genul de jucator care esti asa de incapabil sa joci corect incat trebuie sa folosesti hack-uri nu ai ce cauta in comunitatea Ultimate. Fa-ti o favoare si joaca corect, altfel nici nu intreba de ce ai primit ban.

4. Orice bug de tipul 1hit=1kill se sanctioneaza cu banip sau blocarea charului respectiv.
Banarea ip-ului respectiv pe o durata de 30 de zile iar contul pe o durata de 60 de zile.

5. Exploatarea bugurilor de orice fel (cum ar fi mount-stacking, bag-items, etc.) produc lag la server si vor fi considerate drept hack-uri, nu le folositi. Cei prinsi vor fi pedepsiti, iar daca bugul afecteaza serverul (lag/crash) vor fi banati pe ip.
Vrem ca serverul sa fie cat mai fair play pentru toti, si nu avem nevoie de cei ce exploateaza diverse buguri ca sa obtina avantaje fata de ceilalti jucatori. Mentionam ca cei care raporteaza buguri sau exploituri la GameMasters vor fi rasplatiti.

6. Respectati GameMasterii. Abaterile se vor pedepsi.
Tineti minte ca GameMasterii isi dedica timpul lor liber ca sa va faca voua jocul cat mai placut. Multumiti-le pentru ceea ce fac pe server in loc sa le faceti viata un chin.

7. Nu deranjati un GM in mod inutil. Daca aveti o problema raportati-o pe forum in sectiunea serverului wow.ultimate.ro sau deschideti un ticket ingame. Decizia luata de un GM este finala.

8. Daca vedeti un GM ajutand un alt jucator NU IL DERANJATI!
Daca ai un ticket deschis asteapta-ti randul pentru ca va veni si la tine.

9. Un GM nu da informatii despre Gameplay. Nu deschide un ticket cu astfel de intrebari.

10. NU strigati pe canalele de chat dupa GM si nici nu cereti acestora sa va dea whisper.

11. Este interzis sa va creati chare cu nume continand cuvinte cu inteles ofensator/vulgar.

12. Este interzis sa va numiti guilde/minionii/pets cu numele unor GM's.

13.Niciun membru al staff-ului Ultimate NU va va cere date confidentiale (ex: parola) ingame sau pe forum, persoanele autorizate sa va ajute cu astfel de probleme au acces la date.

14. Jucatorii nu au voie sa modereze canalul global dupa cum ii taie capul. NU aveti voie sa puneti parola , sa dati kick / ban altor jucatori , toti au dreptul la acest canal comun - 5 zile ban pe server . Ban permanent pe canalul global.

Va rugam sa ne sesizati orice incercare de sustragere de parole din partea GM-ilor.


Pedepsele pentru cei ce incalca regulamentul de mai sus pot fi:
* Kill, Disconnect, Kick.
* Stergerea itemelor si goldului din inventar.
* Ban char/account, in functie de gravitate.
* Ban ip, sau pe clasa daca jucatorul are ip dinamic

Server rules and regulations:

1. No swearing or abusive behaviour in relation to other players is allowed.
Harassing others is not fun at all and gives you a bad reputation. Those caught in this situation will be punished, even banned if serious cases.

2. Do not ask the GM for level / gold / items.
With a slight amount of effort, gold and items can be obtained by yourself. It would not be fair to the rest of the players that you receive everything for free.

Erratum: do not suggest the GMs bargains such as "$ for items / gold / level". We do not sell items, we only reward those who donate for the server's well-being. The disestablishment of this erratum is being punished with character banning and, in case of relapse, with account banning.

3. It is FORBIDDEN to use any kind of hack.
Those who get caught will have their character / account / ip / class ip banned. Also, those caught in a party / raid with a hacker / exploiter can get the same punishment.
If you are the kind of player who is not capable of a fair play and you need to use hacks, you are not wanted in the Ultimate community anymore. Do yourself a favour and play fair, otherwise do not bother asking why you got banned.

4. It is forbidden to make use of any 1hit=kill bug.
Doing so will lead to banning your ip for 30 days or your account for 60 days.

5. It is forbidden to use any king of bug exploit (such as mount-stacking, bag-items).
They can produce lag on the server and will be considered hacks. Those who get caught will be punished accordingly.
We do not accept the players who exploit bugs and make the stay on the server not fair play for everyone. It is worth mentioning that those who report bugs and exploits will be rewarded.

6. Respect the Game Masters. The opposite will lead to punishment.
Remember that the Game Masters are giving up their spare time in order to make your game as enjoyable as possible. Instead of making their lives a nightmare, thank them for the effort they put on the server.

7. Do not disturb a Game Master if it is not necessary.
If you have an issue, report it on the forum in the wow.ultimate.ro section. If your problem can be easily solved with in-game help, open a ticket. The decision once taken by a Game Master is final.

8. In case you see a Game Master helping another player, do not disturb he / she.
If you already have an open ticket wait until your turn comes. The Game Master will help you, too, but the tickets are solved in a specific order.

9. The Game Master does not provide information regarding the gameplay.
Do not open a ticket with such questions.

10. Do not yell on the chat channels for a GM's help and do not ask them for whispers.

11. It is forbidden to create characters with nicknames containing vulgar / insulting words.

12. It is forbidden to name your guilds / minions / pets after GMs'.
Addendum: IT IS FORBIDDEN TO NAME YOUR CHARACTERS SIMILAR TO GMS' NAMES.

13. No member of the Ultimate staff will ever ask for confidential information (eg. password) in-game or on the forum, the persons authorized to help you with such problems can access these data in order to help you.

14. It is forbidden for the players to moderate the global channel.
You are not allowed to set a password, to kick / ban other players. Everybody should be able to access this channel whenever needed. This behaviour leads to a 5 days ban on the server and permanent ban on the global channel.


The possible punishments for those who do not respect the above rules are:
*Kill, disconnect, kick;
*Item and gold deletion from the inventory;
*Character/account ban, depending on the severity of the problem;
*Ip ban, class ip ban if dynamic ip.
