Counter Strike 1.6 Firing Problem

When i am playing cs 1.6 while i running or moving then when i click fire but not firing but when i am standing then its firing, then i reset all settings & also uninstall cs with steam then reinstall but same happens, please help.?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
