This post serves as a PSA to check the currency that you purchase Ncoins in and also as a slight rant/complaining about NC support's lack of understanding in solving the issue.
Recently, due to treasure trove, I purchased enough Ncoins to get 100 keys and the box expansion. However, after a couple hours later, I realized that the purchase was charged in GBP and not in USD. This actually wouldn't be a problem because I use a credit card that has fair exchange rates and no foreign transaction fees, BUT the price that NC assigns to GBP is higher than their USD price. Essentially, I paid $10 more for the same product than if I was originally charged in USD.
The problem? I brought this up with NC through their support system, and the only thing they were able to do was the make sure that future purchases were in USD. They completely ignored that I was overcharged and refuse to compensate for it. They also admitted that it was their fault in a message, "With regards to the issue you have encountered it appears that there is some error on our system that is already fixed."
Curious to hear if anyone else had the same issue, or advice on how best to get the fair refund. I've been messaging back and forth with support for the past 4 days, and will soon file chargebacks on all of my purchases if this doesn't get resolved.
